The American Heart Association Family & Friends CPR Course teaches the lifesaving skills of adult Hands-Only CPR, adult CPR with breaths, child CPR with breaths, adult and child AED use, infant CPR, and mild and severe airway block for adults, children, and infants. There is no course completion card available for this course, however we do offer an American Heart Association Certificate of Completion.
This class is designed for Family & Friends CPR is ideal for community groups, parents, grandparents, caregivers, schools and students, and others interested in learning how to save a life, but is not appropriate for healthcare providers.
This class is 2 hours and includes a certificate of completion and a student handbook. Cost is $35
Heartsaver 1st Aid is a video-based, instructor-led course designed for the general public and those with little or no medical training. Skills covered in this course include how to respond to and manage an emergency in the first few minutes until emergency medical services arrive, the duties and responsibilities of first aid rescuers, and first aid actions for medical emergencies including severe choking, heart attack, and stroke as well as skills for handling injury and environmental emergencies, including external bleeding, broken bones and sprains, and bites and stings. Upon successful completion of the course, including a CPR and AED skills test, students receive a Heartsaver First Aid course completion card, valid for two years

Blended Learning courses are completed online at your convenience and a skills check may be scheduled to complete your certification. The online portion of the course is approximately 3.5 hours online and costs $20, the skills check must be completed in person on an as needed basis and costs $45 and includes your First Aid Only certification card fee, valid for 2 years. Heartsaver CPR AED Course is a video-based, Instructor-led course designed to prepare students to provide CPR and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) use in a safe, timely, and effective manner. Basic Life Support (Heartcode BLS) is a high-performance CPR certification that is designed for medical professionals as well as teachers, coaches, bus drivers, life guards, school nurses and more.
